Notebook LM by Google lets you research, organize, and actually understand anything from marketing strategies to climate science. It’s like having a smart study body right inside your notes. In this tutorial, I will show you how to get started, use your own sources, and unlock powerful insights using Notebook LM. First of all, you just need to come to this website which is called notebookm.google.com. I will give the link in the description box. And after coming to this website, you just need to create a new project. So click on create new. And after that you have to upload your resources about the project that you want to learn. For example, I want to learn about tariffs. what they are, how they work, and why they matter. So, I’m just going to Google and search for an article. I will just copy this link. Go to Notebook LM, click on website and paste the link here. Then hit insert. Now I will add a YouTube video as well. I search for what is tariff, how do tariff works and found this on. I like copy the link. Click on add. Go to YouTube. paste it and click insert. So now I have two resources. One is a YouTube video and on is a full article from investopedia. You can add as many as you want. The limit is 50 for free version. After uploading notebook LM will generate a summary like this one. What is a you can read it here. Let’s dive a mind map. Just click on mind map and it will start building it based on the resources. After a few seconds, boom, it’s done. As you can see here, it is showing all the chapters about tariffs, the definition, purpose of purpose of imposing, how tariff works. We can click and expand it. Increase price of imports make imports less interactive affects exporting country side effects. We can see all of the section and learn all of the section from here using this mind map. You can also ask questions here like a chat. For example, if I type what are disadvantages of tariffs, it will instantly give me a detailed answer with sources.
