Well, this week has definitely given us some interesting stuff to talk about in today’s video. And there’s also some new VR games we need to check out. But let’s start with the big boy, and that’s the leaked official Marvel game that has been funded by Meta that’s going to bring us Deadpool to VR from Twisted Pixel. This is the same team that brought us the Vector, Path of the Warrior, and Wilson’s Heart, amongst many others you’ve no doubt heard of. And if you watch this channel, you’ll already be aware there is potentially two or three MetaQuest 3 or Quest 3 funding exclusives to come in 2025. And due to some intel I was shown earlier this year, this leak has a very high chance of being true and will probably get shown during Summer Games Fest next week. But what I’m not certain about is what sort of game this will end up being, especially with Meta’s focus on mixed reality for most of their new games. I can only hope we get something as epic as we did with Batman Arkham Shadow. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is getting its first official VR game called Empire City, and it’s coming to MetaQuest and Steam at some point in 2026. And while the trailer didn’t show any gameplay, we do have some in-game screenshots. In Empire City, you take to the streets as any of the four mean green heroes in single player or four-player co-op. And the game is based after the demise of Shredder, and you must take on what is left of the Foot Clan and retake the streets of New York. It’s being developed by Ctopia Studios, who most recently bought us the Fantastic Ga 2. So, all in all, this does sound pretty promising. World War Day Z is coming to VR on Steam and MetaQuest, and it looks to be a port of Saber Interactives flat screen game. But unfortunately, the multiplayer that is part of the flat screen game won’t be coming across to the VR version and instead will focus on a single player campaign. One of the most interesting quotes from the press release is being able to take on up to 200 zombies on screen at once, which is pretty impressive, especially if they pull it off for the Quest version. There will be seven characters to choose from, each with different abilities and weapons with varying levels of difficulty. It’s coming on August 12th for $20. And after the developers last game, Mudunner, which I personally really enjoyed, I’m actually really looking forward to checking this one out. Let’s show them who’s [Music] Sky Dancers Behemoth is getting a free update called Rights of Wrath and it’s coming on June the 3rd featuring two new modes. One of which has already been in the game from the start as a beta being the current arena mode and a brand new mode called Behemoth Trials which suggests a boss mode time trial of sorts where you get to fight all the Behemoths. I still do hold out hope though that one day we get some new behemoths for this game cuz it really is the closest thing I’ve ever played to something in the vein of Shadow of the Colossus. Either way, I’ll be checking out this update when it launches. Show no mercy. [Music] V Rider SBK, which is actually a brilliant racing game on Quest, is now coming to PSVR 2 and PCVR, but it currently has no release date. V Rider is actually an official licensed superbike game with 14 real world circuits, 23 riders, and has solo and multiplayer modes. And even though the game is already the fastest racing game on Quest, I’m hoping for the PSVR 2 release, we get some sweet haptics for, say, when your head pops up over the visor to simulate wind resistance and extra rumble when you’re gripping the handlebars at high speed. And since it is originally a Quest game, I don’t think it’s crazy to expect a 120 Hz native refresh rate. [Music] Team Beef has got a brand new project in the works and they are bringing Counter Strike to VR on MetaQuest and Pico 4. The VR port will feature crossplay and easy server creation. And personally, I can’t wait to take this one for a spin. Three to go. Here’s a bit of random news, but Capcom made a Monster Hunter AR experience called Monster Hunter Bridge, which could only be seen in private demos. But it’s still pretty cool to see a developer like Capcom testing out new technologies with some of their biggest IPs. And while I’m talking about it, why haven’t we still got Resident Evil 7 on PSVR 2? Welcome to the family, son. Another new VR game is coming from the creators of Budget Cuts called Crossings, and it’s coming to Quest and PC VR at some point in the future. You must block, dodge, and strike down your enemies in this action adventure rogike through an everchanging landscape of Old Norse myth. You claim mighty spells and new weapons as you make your way through each run, learning from your past errors. You will encounter and join fellow travelers and enter the world with your chosen compatriots in seamless co-op as you push forward to seek vengeance. There is a Steam demo coming soon and I’ll be checking it out to let you know if it’s something we should be looking forward to. And I’ve no doubt it will eventually make its way to PSVR 2 after they originally ported budget cuts to PSVR 2 last year. [Music] Need to go into the dungeon, deliver the packages, bring back the money, and maybe don’t die. So easy. delivery. Next, we have a game called Deadly Delivery, and states itself to be a comedic VR co-op horror experience, and it looks somewhat similar in gameplay style to something like Lethal Company. You and three others have the task of delivering dangerous shipping containers in some very difficult and deadly locations in an effort to pay off your goblin-like student loans. The levels are procedurally generated and feature some strange equipment and weapons. All in all, this does sound pretty good. Oh, shoot. God damn. Okay, I’m going down a level. Uh, I’ll update you guys. Oh, with me. [Music] A game called Epica is coming to PSVR 2 after already being released on quest, which I completely missed somehow. It’s a narrative-driven puzzle game where you must explore a mysterious island with the help of your canan companion called Jack, and your job is to uncover the truth of the island and hopefully save mankind. The PSVR 2 release will see some noticeable enhancements using eye tracking and it will have HDR support, platinum trophies, and our 120 Hz native refresh rate. I’ve already been sent a key and will hopefully drop a review next week. Please, you must set me free or this world is already lost. We cannot let this creature escape. And to wrap up today’s video, there’s another new game called a Siberia VR and it’s coming to Quest 3 and is a remake of a click and point adventure that was originally released back in 2002. The story follows an American lawyer who’s tasked with overseeing a major company sale following the owner’s death, only to learn the brother’s owner is still alive. Little else is known, but he’s coming later this year to Quest and will release at the same time as the flat screen remaster. So, that’s all I’ve got for you today. Thank you ever so much for anyone who needs a like and subscribes.
