I see why these are popular though. A lot of people think that you either have to buy a MacBook or a gaming laptop. So, for people that need a Windows laptop but don’t want to lug around a gaming laptop, this seems like a good option until you look at the specs and the price and lack of GPU and Intel chip. I should clarify that there are a lot of Surface laptops. Some are better than others. Like this one with a Snapdragon Elite chip is probably pretty decent. But would I buy one over a Lenovo Yoga or a Dell XPS? No. And would I ever consider it budget? Absolutely not.
